Getting To Know You
Our initial "get to know you meeting" is usually
held over a Venti Skinny No-Whip Mocha and your beverage of
choice. (We used to go all out for the full-fat, full-sugar
variety, but we're trying to tame the beast inside.) While
this meeting might feel a bit like a friendly Spanish Inquisition
to you, it's important for us to delve into the psyche of
you, your company, and the customers you are trying to reach.
We'll ask questions about who will use the piece, how it will
be used and how long the information will be relevant.
When clients answer these questions, enabling us to really
get to know them, we are able to recommend the best way to
deliver their message. The final product can often be quite
different from what they thought they wanted. The beauty of
this process is that you may just discover that there are
even more ways for the WinSome Divas to help you grow your
business. Our process works. Our customers tell us again and
again, that "We Get It." When we get it, your business
gets it.
Let's Get Started
After the "getting to know you" meeting we will
provide you with an estimate of the costs and time involved
in preparing the first draft (Phase I) of your project. This
initial estimate includes the "getting to know you"
meeting and the creative time necessary to complete Phase
I of your project. As much as we'd like to bless the world
with free beautiful design, we must pay for those Venti Skinny
No-Whip Mochas; thus, we require a retainer fee of 50% before
beginning your project.
The Fine Print
Yes, here it is...the inevitable fine print. Once you have
reviewed the estimate and the complete scope of the project
has been determined, we will provide you with a formal estimate.
As hard as we try to provide you with the perfect piece the
first time out, you will likely have revisions on the project.
Revisions, which are not included in the estimate, will be
billed at our regular hourly rate. (If you ask us to move
"Heaven and Earth" to revise something in under
24 hours, our regular hourly fee doubles.) For more about
