Now that you've spent time browsing our site and
you've made it to the employment page, you are probably wondering
what it would be like to work with the Digital Divas of WinSome
Design.
Maybe you strive to release your inner Diva, and think this
might just be the place to do that. Even if you think you
are ready for us, we want you to know there is more to working
here than assuming the Digital Diva or Dude title and having
a good time. It's really about fit...you fitting with us,
and us fitting with you. It's about finding people that are
confident in themselves, trust their abilities, are eager
to grow and learn, and are truly interested in providing clients
with the best marketing pieces possible. It's also about finding
people that long to work in a team-based, energized work environment
that also have demonstrated success in their portfolio of
work.
If you're thinking this still sounds like you, get your resume
and portfolio ready. But, remember that work is still a four-letter
word. Even at WinSome it's not always about drinking enough
coffee to float a boat or playing Hoopla and Zigity all day.
As of July 1, 2008, WinSome Design became a Virtual Design
Firm. That is, the entire staff is working from home. Yeah!
So now, in addition to everything else required of Divas and
Dudes, you must be able to manage your own time. Because there
is NO ONE looking over your shoulder. Well, dust bunnies or
your dog, but no one else. For this reason, we often work
quite well with other independent free-thinkers as collaborative
partners or subcontractors.
So, if you are energetic, have a snappy sense of humor, are
passionate about your work, love camaraderie, don't melt under
pressure, work well alone and as part of a collaborative team,
and you yearn to release your inner Diva or Dude, then fire
off an email into
cyberspace alerting us to your interest.
If you think this sounds like a fun team to work with, but
you lack what it takes to be a part of it, we thank your for
your interest, but please don't waste your time or ours. |
